So I made and frosted the Pumpkin/Maple Cream Cheese, and the Chocolate Banana/Chocolate. The Malort and Cherry-Vanilla are baked, not frosted, and the crust for the gf Ginger-Lemon Cheesecakes are cooling (and perfect).
Tomorrow, I need to wake up at 9am and frost the Malort and Cherry-Vanilla and assemble the Cheesecakes, and that should all be easy. Theoretically. Knock on wood.
I need to have that done by 11:30am, when hopefully Tanner will be back with some breakfast, which I will eat, and then I will make 2 more batches of Malort for the Graze launch. That should take less than an hour, so I will be in the shower by 1:30 and on the road to deliver the cupcakes for the wedding on the south-side at 2:30ish.
I should be back by 5, and I will take a minute to watch the new 30 Rock. And then I will frost the last 2 batches of Malort, and then shake the powdered sugar out of my hair and deliver it to the launch party on north side.
AND THEN I WILL GO TO SLEEP AND NEVER DO SOMETHING THIS STUPID EVER AGAIN.
I will wake up the next day at whenever and go to the farmers market to get Co-Op hot sauce and some kind of present for my Eat Retreat buddy. After that, I’ll go to the liquor store and get 2 bottles of Malort for Eat Retreat. And then I will come home and do all of my laundry so I can pack for Eat Retreat.
