Having a Tuesdate with our mega corny and amazing friend David and his lady. I really love cooking for folks. I am making risotto (with ramps if I can get my hands on any) and assorted crap to smear on slices of bread and some kind of kale. Probably chips. Dessert is a masterpiece though. Waffle iron oatmeal cookies with Mexican chocolate and vanilla ice cream with homemade cajeta. The cajeta turned out REALLY goaty. Which is Okay with me.
